Northview Student Housing
This was a new construction project completed in August of 2013. We were contracted by the Developer & General Contractor to provide installation of all flooring in 225 Student Housing units and all common areas & corridors. This property serves as student housing at the University of Central Florida, and also has faith-based facilities including Central Florida Hillel and Catholic Campus Ministry.

We provided contract replacement installations of vinyl plank & carpet tile in the corridors as well as providing the floorcovering replacement services to the apartment units during lease-ups.
