House of Floors Inc. was founded in Orlando in 1989. Our vision was to provide flooring replacement services exclusively to the owners and managers of multi-family housing, catering to the special needs of this group. While we are able to provide you with any flooring available on the market today and have products developed specifically for your needs - it is SERVICE and HONESTY upon which we have built our company's reputation. We also know as a volume purchaser of certain Manufacturing partners, we can offer carpet & other flooring products designed expressly for the Multi Housing Industry for which we offer a fair price and deliver the same product with each and every installation.
We are proud of the relationships and business we have built with some of the major management companies and REITS. These relationships have allowed us to be successful in launching seven additional stores all of which are family owned and operated.

SHAWN MACIEWICZ
President & CEO
Originally from the Northeast, Shawn attended Roger Williams University in Rhode Island, and began his professional career in Publishing and Advertising. After almost 12 years with National companies such as Gannett: Asbury Park Press & USA Today and National Magazine Publisher EMAP Consumer Media including FHM & Mobile Computing & Communications, he turned his career focus to floor covering.
Since 1989 a persistent focus on customer service as well as both front & back office efficiency has lead House of Floors to become the Industry leader in floor covering for both National and Regional REITS and Fee management Companies. Business philosophy is "simply to provide the customer with the finest customer service experience in the flooring industry by utilizing certified installers, the newest business-to-business technology, and our commitment towards the environment by providing recyclable products.”
Hobbies and Activities include: Family, Ice Hockey, Soccer, the Beach, and Music.

RAYMOND COPENHAVER
Director of Operations
Raymond joined the House of Floors team in late 2012. After growing up in the Orlando area, he headed to Charleston, SC, where he graduated from The Citadel with a B.S. in Business Administration. After college, Raymond toiled in the Chicago White Sox minor league system for a bit. He continues to closely follow baseball and also enjoys basketball and sitting by a fire with family.
DONNA MACIEWICZ
Accounting Supervisor
Originally from Oceanport, New Jersey Donna relocated to Florida to join the House Of Floors team in 2004. Donna is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, New York.
Hobbies and Activities include: Family, watching her kids play sports & cheer, and cycling.

ELYSHA O'BEN
Scheduling Supervisor
Originally from Gardner, Maine and grew up in the Orlando, Florida area. She is a devoted mother and besides spending time with her family, she enjoys relaxing at the beach. Elysha joined the House of Floors team in September of 2014.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and grew up in Florida. In her free time she enjoys working on her sweet mustang and exploring nature. Carola joined the House of Floors team back in 2016.

Stefan was born and raised in Orlando Florida. He joined the House of Floors team in October 2021 after several years of working in the sports industry and still enjoys following hockey in his free time. When he is not in the office, you can find him at the beach, river, or hanging out with friends and family.

Jennifer is an Orlando native. She joined House of Floors in 2023 with an extensive back ground in Sales & Property Management. She loves country music and enjoys watching sports and spending time with her grandchildren.

Hanna was born and raised in Germany and moved to the US in 2016 to pursue her Bachelor's Degree at Boise State University. After college she relocated to Orlando. Outside of work Hanna enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family and dogs.

Director of Quality of Services
Jordan joined the House of Floors team in 2019 to ensure the best possible installation practices and quality assurance is met by our team of installers. Jordan enjoys spending time fishing and playing hockey.

Its no secret that your success depends on our ability to provide same-day and next day installations. We have an 18,000 square foot warehouse with over 250,00 square yards of carpet and vinyl "In-Stock" and ready for installation.
