CASE STUDY:
Northview Student Housing
This was a new construction project completed in August of 2013. We were contracted by the Developer & General Contractor to provide installation of all flooring in 225 Student Housing units and all common areas & corridors. This property serves as student housing at the University of Central Florida, and also has faith-based facilities including Central Florida Hillel and Catholic Campus Ministry.

Dwell Maitland
Dwell Maitland is a luxury Apartment Community located in Maitland, FL. We provided contract replacement installations of vinyl plank & carpet tile in the corridors as well as providing the floorcovering replacement services to the apartment units during lease-ups. We also provide the maintenance contract for the routine common area corridor cleaning and maintenance.

Estates at Maitland is a luxury Multi-Family Apartment Community managed by Bainbridge Residential. House of Floors was contracted to provide the flooring scope of work in the Clubhouse common areas. For this project we provided Trinity 12x24 Porcelain Tile, Florida Tile 6x24 wood look porcelain tile, and also provided Shaw Contract Carpet.
